Hi, we’re Dave and Allison Dubin. We’re Hill parents, and People Strategies is our company.

When a company hires someone, it’s making a bet on whether that person will be good at the job. We write the interview questions and build the tests that companies use to make that bet, and then we check whether the people who score well turn out to do well on the job.

Dave has a PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and has been doing this work for about fifteen years. Allison manages our projects.
